Refund & Return Policy

At KSC, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our refund and return policy below.


1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • The product must not be damaged, washed, or altered

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice) is required

Items returned without meeting these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items damaged due to misuse


3. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at support@ksc.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return.

  3. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Do not send products back without approval from our support team.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after collecting bank details.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect products only.

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and your Order ID.


6. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected time:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your bank or payment provider

  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@ksc.com
